• iOS 18.6: Features include smart filtering using AI, enhanced natural language search, password less login, Siri, RCS support for richer media, Battery Health+, and more granular app permissions.

• iOS 19: Preview launched at WWDC on June 10, 2025, with Apple's own on-device language model (LLM) integrated with Siri, Mail, Safari, and Photos.

• Other leaked/excited iOS 19 features include a new control center, dynamic themes, Smart Battery Saver, Lock Screen Widgets v2, and Multi-app View.

• Device compatibility is expected to drop, with support for iPhone 12 and up, iPhone 11, XS, XR, iPads with A14+ or M1+, and older A12Z, A10X models.

• Timeline for iOS 19: June 10, 2025 public reveal, July 2025 public beta release, September 2025 final release with iPhone 17.
